(In-line/Batch Degassing System)Overview
Defoaming, degassing, and deoxygenation system that efficiently processes the liquid film by dissolving and removing fine bubbles, dissolved gases, and oxygen. In-line/batch processing is available and can be combined. The maximum dissolved oxygen degassing capacity (DO value) is ≥0.5mg/L (In case of purified water. DO value pre-degassing: 8.84mg/L at 20°C). Hygienic design properties (CIP1 possible), simple construction that is easy to disassemble and clean.

Compact In-line Liquid Sterilization System
Overview
Compact continuous sterilization system that achieves stable small-volume sterilization, with a minimum flow rate of 1L/hr. Enables sterilization evaluation with small-volume prototypes, speeding up the development cycle. Easy-to-handle metering pump for flow rate control of small volumes.
